Welcome to the Ballard Chamber of Commerce web page and to one of the best neighborhoods
in Seattle! Ballard is an eclectic mix of retailers, industrial and maritime businesses,
Port of Seattle employees, live aboards, artists, residents and community activists.
The Ballard Chamber of Commerce believes in order to have a healthy business district
you must have a healthy community. That’s why our site is not just for businesses,
but for everyone. We invite those unfamiliar with our community to check out the
About Ballard page, where you’ll find general tourist information. It provides
a list of places to see, local accommodations, music venues and area restaurants.
For those already familiar with the area, we encourage you to use the site to learn
more about the Chamber itself, including the work it does and why membership is important.
Residents and businesspersons alike will find the Ballard Resources page helpful
for the community information needed to make your business better and your life richer.
The Events page is a wonderful way for folks to find out about all the great
things going on in the community like the Second Saturday Art Walks, Halloween and
Yule events, SeafoodFest and activities at various cultural intuitions around the
area. The News page will help you stay informed on issues facing your neighborhood
and let you know how to become involved.
The Chamber has worked hard to create a web site that represents the spirit of our
community and helps bring all the wonderful organizations and people together. We
